I am your therapist Kimberly Mayes & I glad you are here. Life happens & therapy helps! Therapy is a safe space to release unwanted thoughts, feelings & emotions while gaining a new perspective & learning new behaviors to help you live your life just as you have envisioned.

My Social Work career began at Georgia Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) in 2007. Beginning my career at DFCS, is been a pleasure to support clients in various clinical settings such as: outpatient treatment facilities, inpatient psychiatric treatment facilities, hospitals, schools locally & internationally, & private practice settings.

As an ambitious & focused scholar, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Florida & later attended Clark Atlanta University to receive my Master of Social Work degree, with a focus in Children & Families. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Georgia & Nevada.
