Hi, I'm Jasmine Frazier, Licensed Master Social Worker. I received my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Albany State University. I have experience working as a foster care case manager, providing services to children and families involved in the foster care system. Additionally, I have gained experience at the Department of Family and Children Services, investigating cases of child abuse and neglect. I developed my love for therapy while providing individual and group therapy services to children and adolescents at an outpatient behavioral health center.
I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health services. Transitioning to motherhood is a vulnerable and personal time in a woman’s life. Every woman’s reproductive journey is unique and personal to them, and I am here to help during this new life transition. I am passionate about working with women who are struggling with infertility, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and/or depression, adjusting to life after a baby, grief and loss, trauma, and parenting. I have training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) and Advanced PMH Psychotherapy. My goal is to help women achieve happiness and peace during this vulnerable time.
The treatment modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused CBT.
