I am Brianna Mikel, a licensed social worker and therapist. Therapy is often stigmatized, causing you to feel ashamed in seeking help or understanding. As a therapist, it is my aim to foster an environment where you feel safe to unpack your vulnerabilities and emotional burdens. As an affiliate of Flourishing Minds, I will work with you to recognize your resiliency, and utilize your strengths to thrive in the life you envisioned.
